Operations Manager - process improvement (New Orleans, LA)

Rivermark Inspection Services is an inspection company in New Orleans with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Track performance measures for scheduling and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
