Operations Manager - process improvement (New Orleans, LA)

Ironwood Glen Inspection Services is an inspection company in New Orleans with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
