Operations Manager - process improvement (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Harbor Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Nashville, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
