Operations Manager - process improvement (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Hollow Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
