Operations Manager - process improvement (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ember Water Authority and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
