Operations Manager - process improvement (Milwaukee, WI)

Summit Oak Farms is an agricultural business based around Milwaukee, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for field records and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
