Operations Manager - process improvement (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge Rook Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Milwaukee plant. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for tooling and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
