Operations Manager - process improvement (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ivory Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
