Operations Manager - process improvement (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Cedar Willow Construction and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for safety records and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
