Operations Manager - process improvement (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Clear Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Milwaukee. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
