Operations Manager - process improvement (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge Juniper Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Milwaukee, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
