Operations Manager - process improvement (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Hollow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Milwaukee. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for fleet maintenance and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
