Operations Manager - process improvement (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Miami. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for safety records and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
