Operations Manager - process improvement (Miami, FL)

Ironwood Wren Inspection Services is an inspection company in Miami with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
