Operations Manager - process improvement (Miami, FL)

Cedar Lakeside Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Miami, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
