Operations Manager - process improvement (Miami, FL)

Amberfield Clear Energy is an energy provider in Miami focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
