Operations Manager - process improvement (Miami, FL)

Silverline Linden Foods is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 176 people based in Miami. What you will do • Track performance measures for customer specifications and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
