Operations Manager - process improvement (Miami, FL)

Amberfield Fox Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Miami region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
