Operations Manager - process improvement (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Nova Rowan Inspection Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Miami. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for scheduling and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
