Operations Manager - process improvement (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath Bridge Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Memphis region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for field records and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
