Operations Manager - process improvement (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Redstone Lakeside Transit Planning and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for ridership counts and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
