Operations Manager - process improvement (Louisville, KY)

Rivermark Lantern Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 690 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with vehicle inspections.
