Operations Manager - process improvement (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Wren Inspection Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
