Operations Manager - process improvement (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Cedar Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
