Operations Manager - process improvement (Louisville, KY)

Lumen Juniper Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Louisville, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
