Operations Manager - process improvement (Louisville, KY)

Lumen Forge Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Louisville region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
