Operations Manager - process improvement (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Mill Energy Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
