Operations Manager - process improvement (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone Hollow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Little Rock. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
