Operations Manager - process improvement (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Wilder Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
