Operations Manager - process improvement (Little Rock, AR)

Fernwood Summit Auto Group is a Little Rock company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
