Operations Manager - process improvement (Little Rock, AR)

Summit Rowan Farms is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for field records and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
