Operations Manager - process improvement (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Ashton Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
