Operations Manager - process improvement (Little Rock, AR)

Bluepeak Drift Facilities is a facilities company in Little Rock with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
