Operations Manager - process improvement (Little Rock, AR)

Northwind Sable Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Little Rock. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 269 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
