Operations Manager - process improvement (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Silverline Loom Construction and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
