Operations Manager - process improvement (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Mill Foods Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 284 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Track performance measures for allergen controls and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
