Operations Manager - process improvement (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Lumen Ivory Freight and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. We reward reliability. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for customer tracking and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
