Operations Manager - process improvement (Las Vegas, NV)

Greenridge Fern Farms is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for packing house output and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
