Operations Manager - process improvement (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Nova Quill Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
