Operations Manager - process improvement (Las Vegas, NV)

Fernwood Fox Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Las Vegas region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
