Operations Manager - process improvement (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight Hollow Facilities Group is a facilities company in Las Vegas with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 362 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
