Operations Manager - process improvement (Las Vegas, NV)

Stonegate Cross Facilities is a facilities company in Las Vegas with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
