Operations Manager - process improvement (Las Vegas, NV)

Rivermark Iron Manufacturing is a Las Vegas manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Track performance measures for customer orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
