Operations Manager - process improvement (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Summit Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Las Vegas. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for safety records and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
