Operations Manager - process improvement (Knoxville, TN)

Ironwood Willow Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
