Operations Manager - process improvement (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Haven Construction and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for materials orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
