Operations Manager - process improvement (Kansas City, MO)

Stonegate Fern Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
