Operations Manager - process improvement (Jacksonville, FL)

Clearpath Forge Environmental Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for service complaints and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with recycling loads.
