Operations Manager - process improvement (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Pike Construction Group is a Jacksonville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
