Operations Manager - process improvement (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cross Inspection Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
